As previously stated, I am thinking of my new album already which will be of a more experimental nature. I will continue to search for new possibilities, and dive deeper into symphonic and electronic elements. I find a lot of inspiration in the news of today. You turn on the TV and all you see are conflicting ideologies, the art of division and control and of course the ever present state of war. I wrote a song like "Always, Everything" for times of trouble, something I can find to soothe my soul, I want to give that to you as a gift....go here to get it stob.bandcamp.com/track/always-everything
The next album will dive deeper into darkness as I think we are in a very dark time, I hope that we take things down a notch and realize how fragile everything is...
I am finishing up the first video from "Duel" for the 6th track on that album called "Transference" and it will have a special little something from Tim Thompson who directed "After the Fall" and "I would destroy" videos, he makes a brief appearance via a special effect, we are already gearing up for the video for the title track "Duel" which promises to take SToB videos in a whole new direction of bizarre, and dark imagery. "Transference" on the other hand is directed by me using a home video camera, it contains many scenes of my recent trip across the United States...
